BUTTERS CONSTRUCTION TO RENOVATE GUARDHOUSES AND ENTRY FEATURES AT CENTURY VILLAGE DEERFIELD
Deerfield Beach, FL.- Butters Construction and Development has been awarded the contract to renovate all main Guardhouses and entry features for Century Village East located at 3501 West Drive, Deerfield Beach, FL. The first to be completed will be the entry features, currently underway for this Summer. A new look and feel first impression will be given with the new signage and entryways.
The gatehouse renovations are not only going to improve the appearance of the community but will also improve its functionality. Residents will be able to enjoy an additional entry lane, and an installation of bar code readers for faster entry, while there will be less waiting for visitors.
Vallen A. Smikle, Director of Planned Projects with Master Management is lead on this project and is working with Michael Siracusa, Project Manager with Butters Construction & Development.
