350,000 SF AVAILABLE AT TRIAD BUSINESS PARK
GREENSBORO, NC – Samet Corporation, in partnership with Butters Construction and Development, announces the development of a new spec building to be located in Triad Business Park in Kernersville, NC, adjacent to I-40, FedEx Ground, and within close proximity to Piedmont Triad International Airport. The new building, located on 30 acres within the park, will house 350,000 square feet and have the ability to accommodate multiple tenants and users down to 100,000 SF in size.
The design of this facility is geared toward manufacturing, distribution, office and other industrial uses, and incorporates office, storage and warehousing space. The technical specifications include 48’x50’ column spacing, 32’ clear height, and will be constructed with tilt-up concrete. Parking is planned for 203 paved spaces with potential to expand.
