Butters Realty & Management Closes Lease of 9,143 SF at The Upscale Sabre Centre Midrise in Boca Raton

COCONUT CREEK, FL – Butters Realty & Management represented G&C Sabre Investors, LLC in its recent lease of 9,143 rentable square feet to Lamark Media, a digital marketing and advertising agency, at the upscale Sabre Centre midrise in Boca Raton.

Darcie Lunsford, senior vice president of Butters, negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of the Landlord, an entity managed by Pompano Beach-based Grover Corlew.  Zachary Talbot of Cresa South Florida represented the tenant.
