Once a year, the Army National Guard has its Annual Training which lasts about 3 weeks. Lesley Diaz, a Building Engineer at Butters Realty & Management makes part of this training program, currently on leave until the end of April.
The Annual Training is mandatory each year for all personnel. The purpose of the training is to maintain and improve the skill level of the individual with some real military experience of work or exercise under supervision. Training can be at locations in the Continental United States or abroad with the home unit or any other unit of the military for support.
