Coconut Creek, FL. – The new Springhill Suites by Marriott in Estero, Florida broke ground last week with an estimated completion date of Fall 2019. Butters Construction & Development Inc. is the general contractor for the hotel which will be part of the Janus Hotels & Resorts Portfolio.
Located on a 2.47 acre parcel about 15 miles from Fort Myers, Florida, this new five story Marriott hotel will feature 100 rooms/suites and total 66,864 Sq. Ft . Its modern design features a first-floor pool and fitness center adjacent to a lounge style dining area with fire pit.
