With some of South Florida's most experienced property managers and leasing agents, Butters Realty & Management has a proven track record of achieving the highest occupancy rates, as well as the best maintained facilities. We currently manage approximately 3 million square feet of commercial properties comprising of class "A" office buildings, industrial facilities, business parks and retail centers. We also have served as the management and leasing agent for some of the countries leading investment firms, including Principal Life Insurance Company, Fidelity Investments, and Morgan Stanley. The team encompasses extensive knowledge in lease negotiation, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

All property accounting is reviewed by several team members for both accuracy and timeliness. Our personnel are also trained in a variety of software applications that include, YardiTM, MRITM and TimberlineTM. All Senior staff members are certified and are members of both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties [N.A.I.O.P.] and Building Owners & Managers Association [B.O.M.A.].
