Miami financial firm to move HQ to Boca Raton after $13M office purchase

An affiliate of StateTrust Group acquired the office building at 1750 Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton to serve as its new headquarters.
Butters Realty & Management’s Molly McDonough and Darcie Lunsford represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Marcy Javor of Signature One. The building features a spiral staircase, a commercial-grade cafeteria, large balconies and a large boardroom with a catering kitchen.
The price equated to $257 a square foot.
