Butters Acquisitions, LLC is the investment division of the Butters organization, responsible for analyzing existing real estate opportunities. Our investment criteria include all categories of real estate: office, industrial, retail, and multi-family. We will consider all potential deals that have a dollar value over $5 million and have a potential for double digit returns.
Butters Acquisitions, LLC concentrates solely on commercial real estate opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in developing, leasing and managing these types of assets, our organization is able to maintain, improve, and add value to all assets.
Adam Vaisman – Director of Acquisitions
Since joining Butters Construction and Development in May of 2007, Adam has been involved in over $300,000,000 of industrial, office, and retail developments, as well as land acquisitions. He is responsible for the identification and underwriting of development and investment opportunities, obtaining debt and equity, as well as negotiating acquisition and financing documents.
Adam received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. He is involved in several organizations such as ULI, ICSC, NAIOP, CCIM, and University of Florida – FARE, as well as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Jewish National Fund.
Kyle Jones – Director of Investments
As Director of Investments for Butters Group, Kyle Jones oversees commercial real estate investments across the southeastern United States. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, structuring capital transactions, and managing the investment performance of assets through development and asset management activities.
Prior to joining Butters, Mr. Jones spent 15 years with Stiles. Most recently, he served as Senior Managing Director of Stiles Commercial Group, overseeing Stiles’ commercial development and investment activity. As the Founder & Portfolio Manager of Stiles Property Fund, Mr. Jones led all aspects of the discretionary private equity fund that acquired value-added and core-plus properties.
Mr. Jones has served as the past President and Vice President of Public Affairs for both NAIOP South Florida and NAIOP of Florida. He is a member of NAIOP’s Office Development II National Forum as well.
Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Florida with Master of Science in Real Estate, a B.S. in Finance, and a B.A. in Political Science. During his time at the University of Florida, Mr. Jones was elected Student Body President, and he served on the University Board of Trustees, the Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Athletic Association Board of Directors.
Lawrence Aoun – Development Manager
As Development Manager for Butters Group, Lawrence Aoun oversees the Entitlement, Design, and Construction of the Company’s Office and Industrial projects across the southeastern region.
Prior to joining Butters, Lawrence was a Project Manager with Gilbane Building Company where he was involved in the construction of K-12, Office, and Healthcare facilities totaling over $400M . His prior experience also includes various roles in construction management, cost estimating, and field supervision of industrial and retail projects throughout South Florida.
Lawrence graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, and is a Certified General Contractor, and Licensed Real Estate Broker.
