Butters Adds New Executive Vice President to Office Team
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (November 5, 2019) – Butters Realty & Management has hired industry veteran Caroline Fleischer as an Executive VP of Occupier Services. Fleischer will join the office leasing team, handling landlord and tenant representation assignments for Butters and its clients.
Fleischer has an extensive background in South Florida office brokerage. Most recently, she served as Managing Principal of Cresa South Florida, overseeing all day-to-day management functions, brokerage operations and recruitment.
Prior to that, Ms. Fleischer was a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a leader on the brokerage’s tenant representation team for more than a decade. Fleischer has been a finalist for NAIOP Broker of the Year, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017, for her skillful representation of such corporate giants as Trimble/E-Builder, Grove Bank & Trust, Cross Country Healthcare, Carnival Cruise Line, the State of Florida Attorney General, Citicorp and others. Her practice specialties include real estate procurement and lease administration and advisory for governmental bodies, healthcare companies, law firms and financial service providers. Fleischer is also a 2016 recipient of the South Florida Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women award.
With nearly a quarter century of commercial real estate experience, Fleischer is a recognized expert in office transactions and frequently asked to be a panelist, moderator, or guest speaker on topics from the new federal Opportunity Zone tax incentive program, the state of the commercial real estate market, and broader trends and technology innovations impacting the market.
Fleischer sits on the board of the South Florida Association of Financial Professionals as well as serves on the special committee for the South Florida Executive Roundtable.
