Butters and partners sell Broward retail center for $13M

The Shoppes of Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach were sold by Butters Construction and Development Partners and a group of investors for $12.75 million.

BREF Hillsboro LLC, managed by Coconut Creek-based Butters, and Dhanya of Miami, managed by Sukrit Agrawal in Miramar, sold the 68,166-square-foot retail center at 2201 and 2215 W. Hillsboro Blvd. to 2201 Realty LLC, managed by Joseph Edelman and Elena Edelman in Hallandale Beach. The deal included the assumption of a $6.83 million mortgage with Wilmington Trust.
