Ahearn, CCIM, represented the interest of the Eurocraft Cabinetry, Inc. in their Industrial lease at 3380 Davie Road, Suite 702, Davie, FL. This lease represents the seventh expansion for Mr. Terry Huang’s kitchen and bath cabinetry business. Davie Business Center, when completed, will have seven (7) buildings totaling approximately 1.4 Million Square Feet. Building G is 114,774 square feet and is now 100% leased. Eurocraft’s neighbors in Building G are Comcast to the east and Nations Benefit to the west. Other big companies in the park are Boeing, Uline and Carnival.
