Butters takes home winner of Office Sale of the Year
Butters office team of Molly McDonough, Darcie Lunsford and Sky Butters wins NAIOP South Florida’s Office Sale of the Year for brokering the off-market purchase of the 130,000-square-foot 3700 Lakeside Drive building in Miramar. The award was announced at NAIOP’s Award of Excellence gala on May 20 in Fort Lauderdale.
The Butters leasing team of Lunsford, McDonough, Butters and Caroline Fleischer were also named as a finalist for Office Brokerage Team of the Year.
Butters development team of Malcolm Butters, Mark Butters and Adam Vaisman were recognized as finalists for Developer of the Year.
