COCONUT CREEK, FL – Butters Realty & Management represented landlord CDS International Holdings in the lease of 5,798 square feet to Bidtellect at 1690 Congress Ave. in central Delray Beach. Butters’ Executive Vice President Darcie Lunsford and office leasing specialist Sky Butters brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord. The Delray Beach-based digital marketing firm is relocating from downtown Atlantic Avenue and will become part of the city’s emerging Congress Avenue district.

The 70,000-square-foot 1690 Congress building, previously known as The Arbors, is the office-and-employment heart of the massive reinvention of the 48-acre site, which encompasses the old Office Depot headquarters campus. CDS International is also a partner in the overall Centerpointe Delray redevelopment project. More than 600 apartments are poised to start rising out of the ground later this year, along with plans for up to 330,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, which will amenitize the office building and the corridor. The office building is being renovated and repositioned as part of the project.
