Malcolm Butters is reading to start building speculative office buildings again and he sees plenty of opportunities for commercial real estate investment in South Florida, if you know where to look.
The CEO of Coconut Creek-based Butters Construction and Development and a three-time winner of the “Developer of the Year” award from the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties’ South Florida chapter, Butters spoke at the Jewish Federation of Broward County’s networking event for real estate professionals on Thursday evening at Alpine Jaguar.
His mother was even there to cheer him on and Butters credited her for hiring him a tutor when he needed help in school. Sounds like that worked out pretty well for the Butters family.
Butters unveiled two new projects, offered four great tips and made a revelation about one of 2014’s most high profile deals.
